Soy Wax facts:
Derived from a soybean, soy wax is a hydrogenated vegetable oil that turns to a solid at room temperature.
Soy beans are environmentally friendly and a renewable source.
The burn is cleaner, delivers a stronger scent throw and a natural alternative to paraffin.
Minor shrinkage occurs when cooling which can give the appearance of the wax pulling away from the glass. If this occurs this does not affect the candle and once lit often disappears. All glass vessels are not created equal and have minor imperfections along with different thickness of the glass. We do not add additives to minimize this in order to keep the candle safe and clean. We prefer the minimal clean look of glass versus frosted vessels that hide imperfections and we embrace each candle as they are one of a kind. After all, nobody is perfect.
